Some of the most exciting projects come from a story, a vague idea, or a memory. Our passion is translating a rough concept into something you’ll cherish for generations to come. Soft Good began exclusively with making custom work, and it’s still one of our favorite processes.
Ideas suitable for Soft Good Bespoke are ones that require a little more design work, special sourcing of materials, or even a custom signet with more customization. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anything else, all welcome.
Bespoke orders can be made in 14k, 18k gold, as well as sterling silver.

FAQs
where is soft good jewelry made?
All pieces are handmade in our studio in Berkeley, California. Our casters are based in San Francisco and New York, and we collaborate with local partners for specialized jobs.
difference between CUSTOM SIGNET and BESPOKE order?
Custom signets are centered around one to four character designs that fall within classic signet forms. This is the design that Soft Good is known for. Inspired by traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese seal stamps, custom signets can be made in silver or gold.
Bespoke is for everything else. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc., which require more design involvement. These are ideas that may entail stones, more than one sketch round, or perhaps a custom signet that falls slightly outside of the parameters offered with the Custom Signet format.
what happens after i submit a custom signet order?
You will receive a confirmation that the order has been received, and a sketch will be sent to your for confirmation within 1-2 weeks. After confirmation we will begin making your order.
what happens after i submit a bespoke order request?
If we are ready to take on your order, you will receive an email of confirmation. From there we will provide a rough quote, ask any additional questions, and get going on first round sketches from there. We will then work back and forth to confirm the ideal design.
what is THE turnaround time?
After design lock, it’ll be about 3-4 weeks from wax to cast. Time is dependent on the nature of the request and secondary partners.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, standard international shipping is USPS first class. Please note that international tracking is not available with this option. Other carriers and expedited shipping available upon request.
What if my package gets lost/stolen?
Soft Good is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, please still let us know if this happens. If you live somewhere prone to stolen packages, let us know before shipping so we may discuss other options.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
No. Custom orders are not returnable. If something arrives broken or faulty however, please contact us.
